FIND UPPER CANADA COINS FOR SALE

The Canadian province of Upper Canada existed between 1792 and 1841, but the Bank of Upper Canada issued coins from 1832 until later, in the 1850s. Collectible coins from Upper Canada feature the English legend BANK OF UPPER CANADA and are dated. Coins date from the years 1832, 1850, 1852, 1854, and 1857.

Upper Canada was an area in what is now southern Quebec; Lower Canada was much larger and in fact lay north of Upper Canada. The two combined to become the Province of Canada until 1867, when Canada was unified more nationally.

Upper Canadian coins are not difficult to find for sale these days, and sales listings can include several nice pieces and, if you’re especially lucky, maybe even a proof or two. Check out the currently available offers from around the internet. Updated daily.
